Our singular focus is providing host families to people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a manner which meets the individual needs of all stakeholders while ensuring a high level of compliance with philosophical, regulatory and contractual responsibilities.

The owners of AZFC have worked within larger agencies where there are a myriad of service options. As a result, a loss of focus can occur when there are multiple lines of business.  AZFC changes that model by providing one service with one distinct vision. 

We have the belief that people should have a choice in where and with whom they reside which is not always available when looking at residential options throughout the state. 

AZFC is owner-driven with our owners having a combined 100 plus years’ of experience providing services in Arizona.
